So I downloaded sims 3 and played it and it worked fine. Then All of a sudden the game unistalled from origin. I tried re installing it, but it says the product code has been already used (because i used it to download into origin the first time)
The game is still dowonloaded onto my computer, but i cant play it because it is not on my origin account anymore.
What do I do now? Do I have to buy and download a whole new game?

Are you sure you've logged in with the correct account ? Used your email instead of user name to login ? If so, you need to contact a customer support game advisor for this
