Changed PW but cannot log into thesims3.com ?

I recently downloaded Origin and have been reinstalling my Sims 3 game + expansions. I originally bought them at Steam but cannot see a few of the Sims 3 expansions in the client. Shortly afterward I found I couldn't log into my thesims3.com account and I even changed my password five or six times to try log into the site but I cannot. I tried the Origin forums but they weren't helpful whatsoever.

Do you have the same user name on Origin and the site and are the sites linked ? If so, try changing the password on Origin. That should also change it for the sims3 site.

What error message do you get when trying to log in ?

I want to understand the whole flow you are doing:

1. Are you able to log in ts3.com, if so, do you see all games registered in your my page?
