Hi...I recently had to reset my Wife's computer after a crash and now, when I try to reinstall her copy of The Sims 3..I get a message that says my product code has been used already? Since this is my product code is there anyway that I will be able to reinstall this disk?

Be sure to log in using the credentials you used previously, your code/game will be tied to this account.
If you're having issues finding the associated account, please contact support, who can look into things for you.

I have logged into Origin with the same credentials that my wife used when she first installed the game, but I am still getting the same error..code has already been used..
