I cant register my Sims 3 to my account on your homepage. It says that the code is allready in use on an another account. What can i do? Please help me!

are you using the same email and password on the sims 3 site as your origin account the accounts are tied together the sims 3 account uses the origin one try logging in with your origin email and password
