it wont let me log in to the sims 3 store i keep changing my password and it keeps saying my log in information is wrong ive tryed it both from the game and from the site and non work ive even tryed with everybrowser i have chrome ie and firefox non work this is really frustrating why cant i log in my origin password and account work fine but for some reason the sims one isnt working why cant they just use the same one! PLZ help ive changed my password like 10 times already and i know im typing them in correctly >8(

Are your passwords on Origin and thesims3.com the same ? If not, have you tried logging in with your Origin password (the accounts are connected now).
If that does not help, contact Customer Support so they can take a look at your account to find out what's going on

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the option so show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
