Cant log in to exchange

Every time I try to log into my sims exchange account it just has me log in over and over again not as in refreshing over and over again, just like trying to log in on the log in screen then I doesn't d anything but have me do it again and it never ends up working. If I try to register it says that I have an account with the email. So, I am just really confused and don't know what to do about the problem.

P.S. A long time I used to play sims like everyday and its been about a year and I came back and tried to do it again and this is what happened.

I had a similar problem. The exchange didn't allow me to log in because the login screen would just be white with nothing on it. I could browse people's custom content, but I couldn't download it due to the log in screen having nothing.
