Cannot complete online registration for sims 3

i cannot get passed the "account registration" page where it asks me to use an existing persona.  I click one, and it autofills next box, i finish the form and check off the eula/security box.  hit register, and it just takes me back to the same screen with empty fields

Sorry to hear that you have run into issues with registering the game.

Just to double check, are you registering the game on Sims 3 website or on Origin? If you are on Sims 3 website, instead of registering could you please try logging in with the same details you used to log in here?

If you cannot log in or are told to register, could you please clear your browser cache before trying again?
