Cannot Download Items from My Purchase History (Sims 3)

I use chrome I don't have IE anymore nor have I ever gotten Firefox I never had issues before downloading stuff from here on chrome.

and your game s at the least the 1.63 patch the last and newest patch is 1.67 sometimes too not being updated can cause a dl issue

sometimes from what iv'e seen users  weren't able to dl with their preferred browser  and tried IE or Firefox and suddenly the dl worked you can always uninstall firefox after if you try it

when i do that and install the worlds it says my base game is not installed and when i go to the purchase history there is nothing there

@KimNaeNoona please download and install the super patch from here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-Current-Patch-1-67-Manual-links-and-more/td-p/67858 - that will get rid of the error that you don't have a base game installed
