Hello! I purchased the sims 3 world adventures off of origin. I noticed today that my game was not registed on the sims 3 website. I used the product code that was given to me from Origin and it doesn't seem to be working and won't let me register. Help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time!

WA has issues. Your going to have to contact EA directly to fix your account since the forum helpers can not fix your account
If you live in the USA you can request a call back rather than using chat.

you need Origin downloaded. This is for PC but if you need Mac scroll down to the mac link https://www.origin.com/en-us/download
If you already have origin installed you use the same email and passwrd for origin as you do the sims 3 web.Origin and the sims 3 web link together and if registered in origin it is already registered at the sims 3 web.

Try chaning your password in origin if the sync is not working. This seems to work for some getting the sync to work so your games show up on the sim 3 web. Also clearing your internet browser helps and use Forefox or IE. Using crome or safari the sims web may give you issue

I already had the same email and password for both origin and the sims 3. I tried your suggestion of changing the password in origin and that did not work. I also tried clearing my internet browser (I always use firefox) and that did not work either. I bought the expansion bundle digitally on origin and generations showed up, but world adventures does not.
