Can't register game because of origin

I had an account before origin, and when I tried to log into it I coud'nt remember the password, so I used  "forgot password" which took me to origin, so I made an origin account and tried to use that, but I can't register my game as its already registered to the last account, however they both use the same email, so what can I do? The last account also had 1000 sim points on it.
