Can't redeem code

So I originally installed this game on a different computer and it says that it's been used, but I don't remember the account info and I had to remake an origin account. Is there any way for me to redeem this code once again? Thanks in advance.

@lunae17 You can not re enter the code - the code is locked to the account you used to activate the game. Account specifics can not be accessed in these forums. You will have to contact EA customer service to research this issue - link to EA customer service - EA customer service
