Can't login

Can't log in to either thesims3.com, nor the game launcher. The game launcher just says "not logged in" and I get the little spinning thingie at the sims3.com, but it never goes farther than that. I've tried changing my password several times, but it's just not working.

Try changing your Origin password and then log in again. Do so through the Origin/EA site instead of the Sims 3 site.

Is your Origin and Sims 3 ID identical ?
