Can't log in to sims3 website

Can't log in to sims3 website. i try my password and it says incorrect so i go to reset password and it will send me to origin siter which im already logged on so where do i find my password or reset it? its to confusing

if you change the password in orign it should change it to the same password for the sims 3 account so try that origin email and password

if you contuine to hav eissues with the password after that contact CS
