Can't find TS3 uninstallers

I downloaded TS3 and other exspansion packs and had a problem with it because of it being on a MacBook Pro. So I decided to uninstall them, but I can't find them. I downloaded the game directly to the desktop, but couldn't find the unistallers for WA, Ambitions, High-End Stuff, and Fast Lane Stuff. I found the uninstaller for TS3 but it doesn't work. I click it and it says it's not found on the computer.

I'm not a Mac person so I have no clue how it all works but can't you simply delete all files if the uninstaller doesn't work ? As far as I know there's no such thing as a Registry on Macs.
