Can't download anything from the store

YIKES...have you tried while online launch the launcher log in lainch to the menu log in again if  go to a game open the downloads dashboard and see if something will download and install from there

i'll also ask in the helpers corner to se what other tips can be suggested espically if the launcher is causing an issue fo ryou

Yeah, I tried all that an and all people suggested but nothing works so basically I unistalled all the games and installed it all again and it works now but unfortunately I lost everything in the game which I wanted to advoid but ohh well, it works at least.

try again to download your stuff from the store and see if it works now and or if orign opens up instead when you try to downlaod your stuff from the sims 3 account purchase history  let us know
