Can't download The Sims 3 from the website

I recently purchased The Sims 3 from the  Humble Orgin Bundle. I redeemed the codes on the Sims 3 website, but when I tried downloading the game it won't work. I went under the purchase history tab, tried repeatedly downloading the game but nothing happening. I even tried cleaning my registry, and in two diferent browsers but it didn't work. Can anyone help me? I'd like to play the game I bought.

you tried to download the games from the sims 3 site ? go to origin to download your games use the same user name and password as you have on the sims 3 site then go to the my games tab to download
