Can't access my registered sims 3 account

I want to be able to use the exchange and I do have a game already purchsed but when I try to register it it says it has already been registered. I can't remember which email I may have used to register it and I have no idea how to find out which email it is. I really would like to find this account so I can access the exchange please help.
