Can my computer run sims 3?

So the question is as follows: Can my computer, which is HP ProBook 430 G3, run Sims 3 and the add-on Pets?

Technically, no. Realistically, maybe.

The only thing stopping me from saying a definite yes is the video processor on that machine is an Intel HD Graphics 520 which does not have the required 128MB of dedicated video RAM.

It does use the main system RAM of which there is enough so you will probably be able to play but the experience may not be ideal.
