Buy/build mode slow/ freezing when kicking sims out (SIMS 3)

1st. When I go into a big lot it takes forever to load buy/build mode on 60x60 it taks up to 15 mins

2nd. When i try to kick sims out of my household it sit on the processing screen and then i have to restart sims 

I have cc installed
