I literally just purchased The Sims 3 along with Sims 3 Town Life and I have recieved this error
after trying to play the game when the download and updates had finished:
Why is this happening ? I have never bought a Sims 3 PC game before now and I have no idea what to do...
I don't even know how to contact customer service !
Edit: Scratch that, I have figured out how to contact customer service.

For everyone else, here is the link where you can get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.
You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.
