Hey, so yes its turned on. also I went on the chat and talked to someone for hours but still didnt find a solution. so i uninstalled my games. updated my graphic card drivers for a second time and reinstalled the game. it finally worked

... so now im thinking maybe its my expansions that are not working correctly or the updates. so im trying to install only the base game.
