I recently purchased Sims 3: World adventures as a downloadable game. It charged my Pay Pal but no actual game was received and neither was a confirmation email, yet I was charged for the game!
Can someone help me find a solution?

Make sure to check your Spam folder.
If there's nothing I advise you to contact Customer Support.
They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available.
For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.
