Mac OS 10.8.4
Base game works--version number 1.55.4.022017; all downloaded content works as well.
Game play is stellar. No crash, no lag, nothing.
I installed both games to my external hard drive. Game plays just fine from there, but.......
Supernatural, however, is not working. It shows on my list of owned and played games on the EA forum and it did register on the EA forum at purchase (and shows on the Origin download box as installed). In other words, I purchased it but I cannot play it. It shows as being installed, but does not load up from the game launcher.
Base game did an auto patch but at the launcher screen I do not see Supernatural even though that's what I click on to play the game.
All my system specs are up to date and in working order with enough memory, etc.
How do I get Supernatural to show?

Seems a common issue on Macs
I would suggest a clean reinstall following instructions here: http://bluebellflora.wordpress.com/the-sims-3-on-a-mac/how-to-do-a-clean-uninstall-and-reinstall-on-...
Here's a few trouble shooting steps: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/Links-to-Mac-help-threads-and-guides/m-p/749664#U749664
If those don't help, I would suggest posting in the mac forum at thesims3.com (make sure your language is set to US): http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/forums/show/205.page since macs are not well covered on the AnswerHQ.
Good Luck
