16 Digit code

I have been attempting to redeem a 16 digit code for the last 3 hours.  I read the suggestion about the 16 digit code being changed over to a 20 digit code.  If code had already been activated, the Humble Bundle (I think) sent out new codes to be reloaded.  I just purchased the Sims3 Starter Kit today 8/21/13.  I was sent a 16 digit code which is not being accepted.  I assume because they have switched over to the 20 digit. So, what do I do to get my game downloaded?

Where do I find this Humble Bundle link? I have several that I have downloaded that will not work with a 16 digit code.
