help! game won't load [ Edited ]

so, I have almost all the sims 3 parts! so lately I bought the sims 3 supernatural online, and when I downloaded everything went right until I tried to play, I clicked on the big play button and that blue background with the sims 3 logo came on, then it went off, and every time I try to play it I can't it just turn off without saying anything... Please help me </3

Do you use mods in your game ?

Remove it and delete the cache files


Go to documents\ea\thesims3 and delete these files

CASPartCache.package
compositorCache.package
scriptCache.package
simCompositorCache.package
socialCache.package

YEAH I FOUND IT! I deleted the sims anyways and now I'm downloading it again and I will try this after it downloads

so I had this problem that when I downloaded the sims 3 supernatural, it didn't work so when I wrote the problem, someone told me to delete these files 

CASPartCache.package
compositorCache.package
scriptCache.package
simCompositorCache.package
socialCache.package

so I deleted sims before they told me to delete these files, and when it downloaded I deleted them....

and now when I downloaded sims 3 *I only downloaded the sims 3 for a try*

it doesn't work and again it just went off without saying anything!!! what should I do???
