sims 2 download problem

I am trying to download my sims 2 discs to my computer and they will not download.

@meaghanleigh29 Hi, how does it fail exactly? Do you get any error message when this happens? What version of Windows are you using?

You may want to reach out to support, perhaps they can change your version to an Origin one.
