The sims 2 - the ultimate collection does not load

Hi every one!
when I try to play The Sims 2 that i got free from origin i get an error message that "The license limit for this product has been reached"
Can someone hep me?

BTW, ea help doesn't let me to start a chat with the support

You need one of our advisors to help you on this one. What is happening with the chat? Is the chat window not opening?
