Can I still get the Sims2 ultimate collection? I have the Sims2 original disc and product code?

If you have a original CD/DVD of The Sims 2 with the serial code, you can contact an EA Advisor at https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ and thet migh be able to add The SIms 2 Ultimate Collection to your account
