[The Sims 2] Seasons keeps crashing! [ Edited ]

I recently got the sims2 seasons, and it installs normally, I think. then when I go to play the game it crashes at the splash screen? That box says th something has crashed it will now terminate. It does it over and over again. I Have Sims 2 Double deluxe, Open for business collection, University collection. If I uninstall Sims 2 seasons then the game starts working. This happened before, the last time I  bought sims 2 seasons, I assumed it was the cd so I stopped trying, and it happened again!

If it happens when you add The Sims 2 Seasons, it could be that your computer doesn't meet the recommended requirements (I've found even minimum doesn't guarantee it will work smoothly as they're just that, minimum).

Have you updated all your drivers and made sure that you meet the game requirements?
