Hey I downloaded SIMS 2 ultimate collection with the I-LOVE-THE-SIMS. Great that worked!
I installed the game, great that worked!
when i start to click on play. it asked for a product key, which was already pasted in there.
But when i click sumbit/go it doesnt work? It keeps telling me to check the code...
It is the code the game gave me(more game details)
what to do?

Are you launching the game from within Origin? If not, try that. Also, you should be able to see your proper product code (As opposed to I-LOVE-THE-SIMS) within Origin. Go to the game details page to see it.

I am starting the game from within Origin
If i play the game the product key is already in there.
It is the same key as writen in the Game Details of SIMS 2.
I even copied that code and typed it manualy but it didnt work

i have the same problem, this sims seems to have a lot of problems, i hope EA or Origin solves them...
