Sims 2 ultimate collection: Licence limit reached after reinstalling windows [ Edited ]

Hello, last July I claimed the Sims 2 ultimate collection, I installed it on my computer, the game worked until i had to reinstall windows after the windows 10 upgrade failed, I downloaded origin again and went to my library to install it, it downloaded but i can't launch it because it says Licence limit reached, I have only installed it on 2 other devices and i have tried copying the game from them but I still get the same error.

I own physical copies of the game and some expansions.

I Fixed this by contacting EA live chat, they allowed my games product key to be activated again

Same issue as above, computer crashed, and had to reinstall computer. Only have the game on one other computer.
