Refund for all Sims 2 games and packs, please

Please may I have a refund for all of the Sims 2 games and packs that I purchased via Origin? They are no longer available for download so I cannot access the content I paid for.

Please, contact one of our advisors through EA Help. They won't be able to give you a refund for games you bought years ago, but I hope they can help you nonetheless.
