Lost registration for sims 2

I have recently found my sims 2 disc and wanted to play it but the leaflet it came with that the registration code was on is gone. Can anyone help me?

Contact EA using their website or facebook. If you still have the box and the disc they will usually ask you to send on a picture of the box and disc with a sheet of paper saying your name and usually the date! I did this and they added the Sims 2 ultimate collection to my origin account to play! Hope this helped!!
