Installation Issues?

I downloaded origin. I redeemed the code for The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection (I-LOVE-THE-SIMS). I successfully downloaded the game and then clicked "Install." It said that it had installed, but I found no desktop shortcut and no proof it ever existed on my computer. When I came back to the Origin tab, the button to install The Sims 2 remained.
