Hello. I've heard that you can upgrade your Sims 2 disc to the Ultimate one. And that I should contact support. But in my country Live Chat is not working. (Russia) So what should I do?

@CradeVescent We shouldn't have any major delays on chat at the moment. When you selected the 'Chat' option did you get a second pop-up window that said something like 'Connecting you to an Advisor, please wait'?

@CradeVescent Did you close the second window? Once you get the second pop-up window leave that open as you will be connected to an Advisor in the window.
