Hi, I am moving my Sims 2 to a new computer and cannot find my code from Bon Voyage- I have called the call center and they were next to useless. I repeatedly told them the line was too soft and I couldn't hear them- they continued talking, just saying the game is old and eventually just hung up on me.
I bought the game years ago and still have the CD and box but no code. I have tried the code retrieval using 'regedit' but the old game was on a computer that died and even though we transferred the hard drive to and external one it doesn't register it. Can anyone help?
