Hi

I have followed the advice given via email to try and unlock the General Hospital.
Looking at walk through the quest did not unlock for Mr Burns after Quimby goes for a check up. It went to Dr Hubberts quest to deal on the black Market.
I have completed the executive lackey quest.I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have store all items and have nuked my town. What do I need to do to unlock the hospital? I am level 48.
