the simpson tapped out game started me over

When i go to play the simpsons tapped out gmae it's says on level 41 but it starts me over to the begin . What's goning on?

If you are not playing anonymously, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, this did not help. When I open the game, it starts with the opening sequence and when I try to log on, it tells me that I am about to start a brand new sprinfield for my origin account. I was only level 20, but I'm very upset about losing my progress.

If that didn't work, you will need to contact a game advisor for help with this. Follow the link: https://help.ea.com .

Then do the following:

Click on: Help with a Game
Then in the bar that says Search all Products, Type: Tapped Out
Click on the Tapped Out icon
Select a topic
Scroll down to "contact us" then select a platform
An option to contact ea will come up
