I need support in the mission 1+1=1.

I'm level 29. I need build the house of the police man. I can't build it still blocked

Im still building lvl 21 stuff, and it takes me 800+ hours to get to the point where i can buy the house.

And im lvl 26 almost 27.

So this wont be a mission that i can finish at all.

It takes 34 days to get there. Thats way beyond the time limit given for the eastern event.

And its way too pricy to spend donuts to rush all those missions....

I'm having the same issue. Am now level 27 and the mission is displayed but the Wiggum House will not unlock. Is the another bug, or is there another task that needs to complete first.

I am Level 29 and I am having the same problem.  I am unable to complete the 1+1=1 quest because I am unable to start the 'This Little Wiggy Pt.1" quest.  The walk-through guides I have read mentioned that to start the 'This Little Wiggy Pt. 1' quest you need Skinner to be available.  

I have closed the App from my Multi-Task bar and restarted my iPhone.  Skinner is available.  Wiggums house is still locked.  Please help, thank you!
