Hi, Nogard0. I think the only way to get a 1-hour task for Helen Lovejoy is to spend some donuts and buy Shorty's Coffee Shop. Otherwise, her 1-hour task will remain grayed-out. EA has recently added a few new tasks for characters that required other characters to perform them (e.g., Artie and Matt Groening both got their own 24-hour tasks independent of Marge and Homer, respectively). But, as for Helen - more likely that EA will keep her 1-hour task premium, as this = donuts = $$$ for them.
