i still cant get into my springfield..... i have tried everything..... deleted.... reinstalled.... cleared cache.... everything.... changed my pw.... nothing...... even my origin id is not the same..... would someone plz help.....   my origin id was purpltbutt28 and now its telling me it is purplrbutt168..... and i DID NOT change it.... my springfield is GONE and all the friends i had added r gone aswell......
