simpsons tapoed out loadibg issue

i am on level48 of simpsons tapoed out but everytime i log into my account it either tries to start me at level 1 or says my acciunt has been logged into another device which is impossible as i only play on my tablet i have spent money on my springfield and played lots to get to level 48 and dont wantbto startvagain  pkease tell what i can do

Mine will do that from time to time. Just go through the tutorial and then when you get to level 5 I think, you can go to friends and there should be something that says sign in somewhere or add friend and then you can sign in. It's very annoying when it does it, so I understand!

Or you can try to force close your game and when you reopen it you should be at the splashscreen where you can sign in.
