I have an account with tapped out and been playing a long time and now when i sign into my account it has reset to the beginning
and wont go to my game i have saved

Have you tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it? Maybe sign in from a different device..if this does not solve the issue, you might have to contact ea help center...https://help.ea.com/ type in your issue and when the option comes up "need more help" click that and send them an email to have them look at your game.

I have the same issue. I am currently on level 51 and started the new side show bob tasks and nowI i am unable to get access to my game. Please help
