I can't get the prizes from the inventory that I earned from the new Simpsons build raid defend tap. I go into the inventory menuand my prizes are not avavailable to use. Could you help me by re downloading my awards?

I moved your message from the German part of AHQ to the English part.

The items are awarded but they remain locked in inventory until you get a quest to use them @jwalczyk958 .

Hello

I have bought 3 lots of ten nerds with donuts but once I used them they have disappeared from my inventory.

This also happens with nerds I have earnt through my castle.

Basically it seems that I can only use nerds once to attack buildings and then they disappear and I am back to zero nerds.

Please can you help.

They are supposed to do that. Once you use them they are done. You don't get them back. It's like buying donuts to speed up tasks. You use them and then they gone @ticboom20 .
