no option to log in to my origin account

I have tried uninstalling several times and checked my phone for updates. When I start the game it doesn't give me the option to log in. It automatically goes in to a new city from the beginning. please help

You may need to contact EA help center. Without a sign in option available to you and the game starting at level 1, I don't know of a work around to get it. And since you have tried the uninstall reinstall and device update, you have gne through the troubleshooting steps.

Go to http://help.ea.com/
Log in with your Origin ID
Click on help with a game
Click on the Simpson's Tapped Out logo
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on contact us
Select your appropriate platform
Click next on bottom right
Select a topic
Tell us a little more: Simpson's Tapped Out
Click next

You will then have the option for Answer HQ, Live Chat or Email

If you see live chat and want to wait, click it.

If you want to send an email, click that one.
