lost animation - tapped out

I purchased the "wack-a-mole" for Krustyland (50 donuts) and was tickled by the cute little heads popping up. Then after a recent update they no longer appear. I hoped it would be adjusted soon, but it's been awhile and there has been another update, and still nothing. I'd love to see those little heads again. Please help!
