level 48 but starts from beginning even when logged in to origin.

Hi im level 48 and logged into origin to play, but the game starts from start and then says can't  connect to server. Ive tried logging out of origin and back in.... 

ive followed advice on help board.... Nothing! 

Getting frustrated! Can you help?

If you are not playing anonymously, delete the app and reinstall. Don't log in right away. Does it connect to the server?
