It would be helpful to know what level you are on.
General guessing.
Levels above 43 requires that you build the Giant Wheel in Krustyland and unlock Princess Penelope.
You will not get any more quests if she is not unlocked.
Level 59 is currently the highest level.
Until new levels are released you will not get new quests. (Not counting events, tie-ins or special deals)
You can fill the XP bar and get donuts, over and over and over and over again until a new level is released.
