Nothing that is approved by EA.
There is no agreement between EA and Win for this game.
My assumption is that they are negotiating but have not yet reached agreeable terms for both parts.
TSTO is striktly a mobile game and Win is new on this platform.
There are ways to load the game to a PC but it is not approved, so I cant recommend it.
If you do have the game on your PC, EA has no obligation to help you since it is not a valid platform.
