i can not connect to Simpsons tapped out, is there a server issue

From what I have checked out, the servers are up and running. Many player must be playing right now and the servers are busy. I know it took me 45 minutes of trying over and over and over again until I was able to connect.

Same problem. Will keep trying too.

So far today, I have had not seen the can not connect to server message on my game. Fingers crossed.
